Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using QuikSell ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of your estate agency. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QuikSell provides estate agency software including property management, applicant tracking, diary, portal feeds, and related features. We may update features with reasonable notice. Availability targets are described in your plan but the Service is provided "as available".

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must:

• Be a UK estate agency or authorised representative.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Ensure users comply with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Plans (Solo, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. A one-off setup fee applies to Solo and Team plans as published on our pricing page. You must complete checkout before accessing the dashboard. No long-term minimum term — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of property data, photos, and applicant records you upload. You grant QuikSell a licence to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the Service (including portal sync you enable). You are responsible for having rights to all content you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to mislead consumers.
• Attempt to breach security or access other agencies' data.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.
• Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Portal integrations

Portal feeds require your own partner credentials. QuikSell is not responsible for third-party portal policies, outages, or listing rejections. You must comply with each portal's terms.

8. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, export your data within 30 days — thereafter we may delete it per our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikSell is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or matters that cannot be limited by UK law.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. Contact [email protected] for questions.
